MY GUARANTEE
Each piece is carefully handcrafted to ensure strength in construction and a long-wearing life. however, should your piece break within the first year of ownership, we will replace it free of charge after the broken piece is returned. we know our pieces are well-made, but they aren't indestructible. sometimes things just wear out. if that is the case after one year, the fee for a repair is assessed on a case by case basis to cover return shipping and repair material.

I respect your right to privacy in every way. I may collect and store customer information relevant to providing a customized shopping experience. I will not release any information about you or your purchases to any third party. If at any time you would like all information I may have collected, contact me.
SHIPPING
I am currently shipping weekly. All packages are shipped in 100% recycled and recyclable mailer envelopes. gift boxes and tissue are made from 100% recycled materials.
