WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM…
It must be returned in its original condition. All merchandise is inspected upon its return. Any merchandise that does not match the item data in our system, or shows any signs of wear or damage, cannot be returned. We cannot accept returns on any custom ordered or customized purchases, or on pieces that have been altered specifically for you.
For items retailing for less than $1,000, we offer EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within one year.
For items retailing for over $1,000: Within 7 days of purchase, we will provide a 90% refund or 100% store credit for returns. Between 8 and 30 days of purchase, we provide 100% store credit only. No returns on items retailing for more than $1,000 after 30 days.
OUR GUARANTEE
Each piece is carefully selected to ensure strength in construction and a long-wearing life. However, should your piece break within the first year of ownership due to faulty manufacture, we will work with you to repair or replace it. We know our pieces are well-made, but they aren't indestructible. Sometimes things just wear out. If that is the case after one year, the fee for a repair is assessed on a case by case basis.
PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your right to privacy in every way. We may collect and store customer information relevant to providing a customized shopping experience. We will not release any information about you or your purchases to any third party. If at any time you would like all information I may have collected, contact me.

Preparing shipments may take up to 3 days. We are happy to accommodate special shipping requests. Please call us to make arrangements.
Note on transport damage: if the product is lost in transit or upon receiving, you notice that the item is damaged, please let me know as soon as you can. We will do our best to make it right.
